Yvmmvt hina kvllo

I was rather pleased with myself when I studied Chahta anumpa on Christmas and Christmas Eve. Apparently pride does come before the (little) fall. The 31st came and I had an awesome lesson with my young mentor. After this study session I took a nap and I then started packing. My family and I then loaded up for a treacherous winter drive and celebrated New Years. The next day without any alcohol at all on board I know I pulled out my books for 20 minutes. I have NO idea as to what I studied. I do know that a hotel room with children is not a good place to study. The next day my young mentor sent me five simple sentences. I thought I could just toss out the answers between birthday cake and ice cream. WRONG. I then later spent two fruitless hours trying to study. The moral of this post is that it's ridiculous to try and study with kids and blaring television's. The lesson is to go to the hotel lobby and study. 20 minutes into studying some 200 icy miles later, I figured out the lesson. Over and out.
